- Books – One of the best educational party favors out there, books are perfect for any type of kid’s party, regardless of the theme or ages of the guests. Choose a fun children’s book that fits in with the party theme and hand out to guests as they leave; it makes for a great keepsake that will serve as a fun reminder of the party. Plus, children’s paperback books are very affordable.
- Mini Globes – Perfect for “around the world” or explorer themed parties, small globes (inflatable or otherwise) make great party favors; they can spark a child’s interest in geography or other countries and they are something that guests are likely to keep for a long time to come.
- Word Games – Word games like crossword puzzles or Sudoku are a great way for older children to have a challenging yet fun mental workout. Word game booklets are cheap and can be found at most stores that sell games and toys.
